Wikis

Wikis are a fantastic tool to help multiple staff within an organisation share information or collaborate on a particular document. Staff can be emailed when a document is updated and see a history of all the document changes. They're a great way to document internal processes and store other information that needs to be available to all staff (network settings, common passwords, staff leave forms etc.)
